
Recent Hires in Indianapolis

A2SO4 has announced the recent hires of Kumar Karadi, Rachel Cutler, and Jeremy M. Stewart and the addition of interns Jamie Owens, Asia Smith-Bey, and Lourenzo Giple.
Kumar Karadi has joined A2SO4 as Architectural Designer. Kumar holds a Master of Architecture from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Architecture from Karnataka University. His professional experience includes design and project management for projects ranging from large-scale commercial complexes to mid-rise residential buildings in India, where he is registered as a licensed architect by the Council of Architecture.
Rachel Cutler, NCARB, has joined A2SO4 as Graduate Architect. Rachel is a Ball State University graduate and holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design. Rachel’s experience is in office and tenant development, where she has helped organize building lease plans and manage building standards.
Jeremy M. Stewart, LEED AP, has joined A2SO4 as Graduate Architect. Jeremy is a Ball State University Graduate and holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design. His experience ranges from retail and tenant development to healthcare projects ranging from small medical office buildings to large hospital programming and schematic design.
Jamie Owens has returned for a second architectural internship at A2SO4. Jamie holds an Associates Degree in Architectural Technology from Purdue University North Central, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Ball State University where he is actively involved in the Institute for Digital Fabrication.
Asia Smith-Bey has joined A2SO4 as interior architecture intern. Asia is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design at IUPUI. She was the winner in the category of commercial interior design at IUPUI’s 8th annual Student Design Show.
Lourenzo Giple has joined A2SO4 as architectural intern. Lourenzo is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Ball State University. He was co-founder and past president of the local chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architecture Students and recently served as student representative and board member for the National Organization of Minority Architects.
