The corporate headquarters for the Killian Group of Companies, one of the most experienced construction firms in the United States, was designed around the concept of a “main street” for primary circulation with areas for various departments acting as distinct “neighborhoods.” This dynamic floor plan, coupled with the juxtaposition of exposed construction and high end finishes, was designed to reinforce the Killian Group’s specialization in complex, challenging construction projects.
