Al Dhafra Tower
A2SO4 has been hired by two local development companies in the UAE to design a mixed use tower along the waterfront of Shams, Abu Dhabi, UAE. This building, currently in the Construction Document phase, is 26 stories tall and will contain two levels of high-end retail at the base of the podium. The Amenities for this tower will also be located at the podium level featuring a swimming pool that runs the length of the podium. Two levels of commercial office space at 45,000 sf per floor are located in the podium above the retail component. Atop the podium will be 22 floors of high-end residential.
