Douglass Pointe Lofts
Douglass Pointe Lofts, located in Fall Creek Place, provide attractive and flexible live-work residential options for professionals not found elsewhere in downtown Indianapolis. These lofts allow individuals the ability to operate a business on the first floor, and then live in or lease the residential unit above. Each two and three story loft includes a full basement and a two-car detached garage in the rear adjacent to the alley. All lofts have private outdoor spaces that can be accessed through balconies and/or rooftop decks.
This project was a joint venture with Todd Rottman of Rottmann Architects.
