Fall Creek Place
The project included the overall development of a Master Plan for the Fall Creek Place Home Ownerships Zone, refinement of previously developed Builder’s Guidelines, and Rehabilitation Guidelines, the design of Five Prototypical Single-family homes and one attached product, and the design of several custom single-family homes.
