Echelon

Key A2SO4 staff members along with Premier Properties developed this project as a 34,600 square foot, multi-level speculative building, initially designed as a retail and office building. Tall floor to floor heights allow for the inclusion of mezzanine spaces within the individual tenant spaces. An abandoned wood frame building was demolished on the preciously underdeveloped site, to allow the property to be exploited to its maximum potential, while working within the existing infrastructure confines. The reuse of the site’s infrastructure permitted the introduction of skin materials not normally associated with a retail environment. Echelon received an award from the Association of Building Contractors for the quality of its construction.
